Massage & Bodywork

Deep tissue

A deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a typical massage. It’s a good option if you have chronic muscle problems, such as soreness, injury, or imbalance. It can help relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety.

During a deep tissue massage, your massage therapist will use slow strokes and deep finger pressure to relieve tension from the deepest layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

Myofascial

Myofascial (my-o-FASH-e-ul) release is a manual therapy technique often used in massage. The technique focuses on pain believed to arise from myofascial tissues — the tough membranes that wrap, connect and support your muscles.

Thai Yoga Bodywork

Originated in Thailand in the second millennia BC, Thai Yoga Massage is a form of bodywork that combines dynamic assisted stretching influenced by Yoga, and physical pressure along energy lines influenced by Chinese acupuncture and Ayurveda. This technique is done on the ground fully clothed.

Neuromuscular

Neuromuscular massage therapy is a form of soft tissue massage that aims to alleviate chronic muscle and nervous system disorders and problems. It is mainly used to fix trigger points, circulation, nerve compression, postural problems and repetitive movement injuries.

Reflexology

Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears. These reflex points correspond to different body organs and systems, and applying pressure to them creates certain health benefits. Reflexology can assist in reducing pain, calming the nervous system, and can boost your overall well-being. This technique can be used in conjunction with other massage techniques.

Craniosacral

Craniosacral is a gentle, hands-on, light touch technique that focuses on the movement of the fluids and membranes of the central nervous system. It can release tensions and dysfunction deep in the body, boost the immune system, and alleviate sports injuries, chronic pain, and certain neurological impairments.

One-on-One Yoga & Meditation

Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. … It involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being.

Yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student. The ancient yoga teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the need of the individual student. Todays group classes are great and help create a strong sense of community and affordable yoga, however in a group class teachers may not be able to deliver the individualized attention and guidance that we all need at one time or another.

A private session allows for a more intimate view into YOUR practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern. The sessions are tailored specifically to meet your individual needs, whatever they may be, and supporting you on to one. Taking a one off, or a series of private yoga sessions, is an investment for your personal growth and health

Spiritual Life Coaching

Explore the deeper connections between people and the Universe. It helps us gain a new or deeper understanding of the world we live in and the energies that flow within it.

Rather than just examining your behaviors, habits, and goals, we’ll dive into your deep rooted beliefs, your connection to the divine, and help you find yourself again.

Do you want to consciously create the world that you live in? A lot of us are manifesting things we wish we wouldn’t. Due to the principle of energy goes where attention flows, humans manifest the exact thing they would like to avoid all the time.

For instance, you keep saying to yourself “I don’t want to be overweight.” Our minds don’t understand the lack. A more powerful and clear message for our minds is, “I will make healthy, nourishing decisions about the food I use to fuel my body.” Here, we focus on what we want. We match our own vibration to that which we desire. We radiate a feeling of nourishment, health, fuel, and we speak in a kind and loving way to ourselves, our minds, and our bodies. This tiny shift is a game changer for clients when it comes to conscious creation. If you feel a spark of excitement, butterflies in your stomach from possibility, if you feel the calling of potential growth, our spiritual coaching is for you.
